Having trouble receiving the verification email or text when signing up or updating your membership information? Please check the following steps

1. Confirm that you have entered your email address/number correctly.

2. Check your email/phone spam or blocked messages folder.
- Verify the email address noreply@fastcampus.co.kr. -
3. Confirm if your email account is inactive (dormant).
- If your email account is dormant, the sending system may consider it as 'no longer accepting emails' and block it. In such a case, please submit an inquiry at the bottom of this document.
4. Check the capacity of your email mailbox. -
5. If you use MS Office system for company emails:
- Occasionally, emails from noreply@fastcampus.co.kr may be automatically blocked. Please check with your department or consider using a different email.
If you have checked all of the above and still cannot receive the verification, please submit an inquiry at the bottom of this document. We will promptly investigate and respond to your concern.
