[Refund Application Procedure]
1. Submit a refund request through the inquiry registration at the bottom of this document.
2. Select the Cancel/Refund category and provide your registration information (email address/contact information/name), course name, and the reason for the refund. If you have multiple courses to inquire about, you can register them at once by describing the course names in the explanation.
3. If you request a refund through [Inquiry Registration], card refunds will be processed immediately after email confirmation, and the actual refund will be processed through the payment system. Please note that it may take up to 3-7 days for the refund to be completed.
